We regret to announce the sudden death of Mr Walter Nyawanda Ajugu on 19th December 2019.
Son of the late Haya Ajugu and late Truphosa Ajugu and loving husband of Mrs Grace Owiny Nyawanda.
He was father of Dan Haya (Kenya Prisons), Mary Wenko (Austria), Diana Nyawanda (Mombasa), Fred Osimba (Kisumu), Rose Rurumo (Mombasa Technical), Tom Nyawanda (UN), Joyce Nyawanda, Dr Henry Nyawanda, Jacqueline Nyawanda (EACC) and Lilian Mbui (Diageo).
Father-in-law of Alice Haya, Frank Rurumo, Esther Nyawanda, Caroline Nyawanda and Charles Mbui.
Brother of the late John, David, Jack, Abigael, Phoebe, Margaret, the late Kefa, the late Michael, the late Zaddok the late Philip, Julius, James, the late Alice, Joyce, Jennifer, Merecia Walter and George.
Grandfather of Diana, Isaac, David (Bob), Nyawanda Bruno, Smith, Nadzua, Stephanie, Magdalene, Adela, Roy, Aimee, Alisa, Nathan, Jeremy and Joshua.
Great grandfather of Dan Junior, Joshua, Kingsley and Tino.
Friends and family are meeting at their home in Kisumu.
There will be a memorial service on 30th December 2019 at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi, between (12noon -2pm).
The cortege will leave Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu, mortuary on 3rd January 2020 for burial on 4th January 2020 at his farm in Chamakwaro village, South Uyoma, Rarieda Sub County.
