Rose Muhando rose from grass to grace and fell back to grass, she has tried in vain to regain her lost glory and now she has resorted to just being a clout chaser.
Muhando has been a blessing to many people across the East African region and beyond ever since she began singing way back in 2004.
However, her music career was disrupted by unending scandals that saw her made headlines for all the wrong reasons instead of matters music.
The most notable scandal was in 2018 when controversial preacher James Nganga purportedly performed an exorcism for demon-possessed Muhando.
Muhando has not dropped any hit song for many years, nowadays she is just chasing clout making headlines for controversies.
The Tanzanian gospel singer recently made headlines after she announced that she was seeking to settle down in marriage with a rich white man who could help her financially.
Muhando stated in an Instagram video that her prayer for the year 2022 is that God blesses her with a rich white man.
“Yesu nitendee, Yesu nitendee. Ombi langu mwaka huu nataka nipate mume Mzungu na mwenye hela… (Jesus grant me my wish, my prayer this year is to get a white man who is rich to settle down with)”, said Muhando.

Muhando’s statement came less than a year after she said that single life was the best for her as she was enjoying it, and was not ready to commit herself to a relationship.
The controversial singer stated that she couldn’t handle a husband since she was highly committed to her ministry, and that she spent most of her times traveling thus leaving her with less or no time to attend to her husband.
Muhando has three children who were fathered by different men. In a January 2020 interview with the Standard, she explained that her baby daddies kept leaving her while she was expectant and in some cases when the child was still young.
“All my children are in school. All of them have different fathers because every one of them left me when I was either pregnant or when the child was young. I have however managed to enroll them in good schools and soon my firstborn will be graduating with a degree in law,” Rose Muhando stated.
The celebrated Tanzanian singer stressed that she had invested her money in her two daughters and one son.
Baby daddies aside, Kenya-based Muhando also made headlines after she was accused of having one-night stand with Twitter bigwig Abraham Mutahi at a Thika hotel.
She was silent when the allegation first emerged but she came out later to deny everything stressing that she doesn’t even know Abraham Mutahi.
