Amani National Congress National Delegates Congress (NDC) has officially kicked off.
ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi and his motorcade have already made their entry to the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi for the much-awaited ‘earthquake’ declaration.
The event described as an imminent earthquake in Kenyan politics is set to make an impact ahead of the presidential race during the August 9 polls.
The party will also unveil its political friends, launch its manifesto and officially launch Mudavadi’s bid for the country’s top seat.
This is according to the party’s Secretary-General (SG) Simon Kamau.
“We are going to launch our manifesto, and it will be based on five pillars: Uchumi Bora, Ugatuzi Bora, Uhusiano Bora, Uongozi Bora na Pesa Mfukoni kwa kila mwananchi,” Kamau said.
Prior to the meeting, ANC had asked Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga to keep the premises given that he was a political competitor in the August polls.
Mudavadi is expected to declare his Presidential bid with DP Ruto following closely given the recent rumours of a political coalition with the former Vice President.
