It’s still not known whether Bella is a Congolese or a Ugandan. He used to spend a lot of time in Kampala, Uganda and DR Congo’s capital Kinshasa.

Bella also posted photos of himself ballin in Dubai in UAE, the US and South Africa where he was living large.

The three men were involved in the scheme to submit fraudulent applications to the Small Business Administration (SBA) and to at least one company which processes loan applications under the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program in order to get the sum amount.

The three men were charged with one count of conspiracy, one count of major fraud against the United States, and one count of wire fraud and wire fraud conspiracy.

Fast forward to February 6th 2022, Huddah Monroe called on US government to release her criminal ex boyfriend following Tinder Swindler scandal.

Tinder Swindler scandal is a story of an Israeli con artist Shimon Hayut who is now subject of new Netflix documentary.

Hayut gained some notoriety in the international press after he deceived and exploited women he met on Tinder dating app.

The Israeli conman scammed dozens of unsuspecting female victims for an estimated $10 million after matching with them online.

According to Erlend Ofte Arntsen, one of the journalists who has covered Hayut and is featured in the documentary, said Israeli conman also scammed a family in New York for $42,000 in 2008.

In 2011, Hayut was wanted in Israel on charges of theft, forgery and fraud, including for defrauding family in that country while serving as their babysitter, the Times of Israel reported.

He fled Israel before he could be sentenced. Hayut settled in Finland. In 2015, authorities charged him with defrauding three women and sentenced him to two years in prison.

In 2017, he was returned to Israel to face authorities for the outstanding charges there — but fled again.

In July 2019, Hayut was arrested in Greece. He was extradited back to Israel. He was sentenced to 15 months in prison for fraud, and ordered to pay compensation of more than $43,000. But Hayut only served five months, the Times of Israel reported.

The documentary says that Hayut is free — though his whereabouts are unknown — but his victims from the romance scams continue to pay off the debts they incurred at his request.

Huddah Monroe is pissed because of how Tinder swindler was always handed light sentences whenever he was arrested.

The petite socialite claims that Western judicial systems discriminate against black scammers such as her ex boyfriend Apocalypse Bella.

The socialite now demands that all black conmen in Western prisons, including Bella, to be released unconditionally.

“All these white YAHOO boys only get 5 months in jail or 15 months or less. But if it was a black kid. They’d get 15yrs. Tinder swindler. The other I watched is THE PUPPET MASTER. Dude didn’y stay in jail at all,” wrote Huddah.

She added that;

“All white conmen rarely stay in jail. They claim victims were willing buyer. Willing seller. They should release all the Nigerian/black boys they arrested. It’s the same scam… Scam/con is scam!”
