The national government through the Ministry of Education has approved the construction of the Rarieda TTC that will offer a Diploma in Science courses.
They will build the college in East Asembo ward.
Rarieda MP on his Facebook page made the announcement saying that he is determined to ensure the education facilities in the constituency are up to date so as to improve the living standards of the residence.
“ I am determined in marking indelible development records that will ensure that the living standards of the good people of Rarieda is improved.
I am tremendously happy that in each of the 5 wards in Rarieda there is at least a tertiary institution (West Asembo – Mahaya TTI, North Uyoma – KMTC, South Uyoma-JOOUST campus for aquatic sciences, West Uyoma – Kisumu National Polytechnic satellite campus for agriculture and finally East Asembo – TTC (Diploma in Science courses),” he said.
