“Very sorry, ndugu zetu wakenya” the president of the republic of uganda today came out on his social to offer kenyans a formal apology over his son’s tweets.
“Dear ugandans, the brotherly people of kenya, and all East Africans.i greet you all. I ask our kenyan brothers and sisters to forgive us for the tweets sent by General Muhoozi.”
He further went ahead to call onto the whole of East Africa to unite over and offer genuine apology over what his one stated on twitter some days ago.
Everyone was naturally — though bewilderedly — astonished when the son of East Africa’s longest-reigning leader suddenly chose to stir the Kenyan territorial waters on Twitter.
Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, a prominent regional politician, is the father of the Army General who was the target of wickedly bizarre potshots directed at Kenya and who threatened to “conquer Nairobi.”
The innocuous Twitter shout-out to his “brother,” Uhuru Kenyatta, swiftly turned into a tirade against Kenya and Kenyans in general from Muhoozi Kainerubaga, who even considered relocating to one of Nairobi’s greener suburbs.
However, the more he tweeted, the less amusing the situation became, and people began to truly sit up and take notice. As Twitter swordplays go, at first it seemed humorous—audaciously funny.

Muhoozi, however, had a history of intrusively meddling in Kenya’s affairs.
