Michael Omuka, alias Smart Joker, landed the ambassadorial deal with CAK as Kenya was transitioning from analogue television broadcasting services to digital television broadcasting services.
CAK appointed Smart Joker as its ambassador for the analogue-digital migration in 2014, he was paid a lot of money for the role.
The comedian he used part of the lump sum he got to buy his mother an acre of land. He also moved from Kibera slums to Kinoo where the worst happened.
His move to Kinoo from Kibera would be the highlights for him as slay queens robbed him of his hard-earned gains.
Smart Joker kept a lot of cash in his house for miscellaneous expenses, the slay queens he brought to his house to entertain him robbed him of his hard earned cash.
“Slay queens ate my money before I met Mercy (wife). Slay queens confused me, especially the ones from Kinoo. They came to my house and took my money by force,” Smart Joker said in an interview with Churchill Show Journey Series in August 2021.
“One of them brandished a gun on my head, asking for money yet I was naked on a mattress with one of her friends. Thieves,” he added.
As a result, the comedian said vowed to use his money only on his wife if he happens to get another endorsement deal.
