Moses Kuria Quickly Positioning Himself To DP Ruto Than You Anticipated

Published:

Gatundu South member of parliament Moses Kuria seems to be positioning himself to the deputy president William Samoei Ruto if his latest sentiments are anything to go by.

In a social media post, Moses Kuria made it clear that just like the deputy president, he too believes that a strong National party should be created. As a result, he recognized the fact that Ruto’s UDA and his Chama Cha Kazi have the same ideologies in that line.

However, Moses Kuria noted that the only major variance in their ideologies is Ruto’s stand on the equitable sharing of resources based on population, equality of vote and a practical and reasonable implementation of economic transformation model.

“The DP has said in the Citizen TV interview that he hasn’t asked me and Kiunjuri to fold our parties in order to work with him. This is true. Neither have we given him any ultimatums or zoning demands. We respect UDA and all parties as worthy competitors. We will meet kwa uwanja.”

“The Deputy President believes in creating a national party UDA just like I strongly believe in creating a strong and very national party- Chama Cha Kazi. There is no contradiction here. Our parties have very similar ideologies but we differ on Equitable sharing of resources based on population, equality of vote and a practical and reasonable implementation of economic transformation model. Only those otherwise sisi ni mandugu.”  He added.

In the meantime, ailing Gatundu member of parliament Moses Kuria recently made it very clear that the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga cannot even climb an anthill if he goes it alone.

The Gatundu member of parliament who is currently receiving specialized treatment abroad said that Raila Odinga must work extra hard to bring together former NASA leaders Musalia mudavadi,  Steven Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula if he expects to compete with DP Ruto.

According to Moses Kuria, chances of the opposition chief winning the presidency is null and void if he does not bring on board the three that have so far formed the One Kenya Alliance (OKA) coalition.

These sentiments were a direct contrast to what the legislator predicted a month ago after he made it clear that the opposition leader stood a good chance to defeat the UDA party candidate.

Mr. Kuria projected that the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga is likely to defeat deputy president William Samoei Ruto.

Dubbed “2 Horse Race Projections, Moses Kuria disclosed that Raila Odinga would garner over 8 million votes while deputy president William Samoei Ruto would follow by seven million votes if only two of them contested.
